In this episode, my guest is Cloe Neophytou mother and athlete. As a professional runner, Cloe shares with us tools and techniques on how she got back on track after having a baby. Building a discipline, visualizing your goals and having a coach are 3 keys to success as per Cloe.   

Cloe has been training for the olympics and helping mums get into the shape of their life, or repair their core post baby. She loves also showing mums how to make workouts apart of their natural life around their kids to help inspire and be a role model to them.
