Description

National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was the special guest on The Christal Frost Show, on WTCM NewsTalk 580, in Traverse City, Michigan, on April 13, 2016. This was following the breaking news from two days previously, on April 11th, that the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, in Denver, Colorado, had formally reversed the lower court’s decision in the Brown v. Buhman ("Sister Wives") case. The appeals court had not decided the polygamy case "on the merits" of any arguments; rather, they had merely vacated the lower court decision on a "legal standing" technicality, holding the matter moot. Mark Henkel explained the details of the case. The woman host was very professional and respectful. After admitting her initial thoughts about the topic, the host later positively acknowledged that she had no problem with adults freely choosing UCAP, Urelated Consenting Adult Polygamy.
