Also the monks say to do an akathist of St. Menas. I found this one by a Monk I listen to regularly on St. Brennans island or near/in Iona Abby which is the root of the Restoration Churches in many ways through positive Scottish Campbell history ecc. Also St. Brennan and faith of Ireland many roots of America and possibly Saints Island or I guess all Saints.
