- After leaving College, Dave starting working as a management trainee at the age of 19, progressing to be the youngest Assistant Manager in the company at the age of 20.
- Created a 'service centre' where all the region's complaints were centralised. The format was so successful, it was duplicated throughout the company.
- Promoted to Manager and utilised as a trouble-shooter in underperforming stores.
- Completed several special projects for Board of Directors.
- Started managing regions and other site Managers.
- Directly managed up to 120 team members.
- Managed the largest store opening in company history at that time
- Created a training centre for the region for new team members
- Running own successful business for many years.
- Overcame personal tragedy in 2015.
- Became a qualified and accredited Master Coach in 2016.
- Now running a successful coaching/mentoring and training business helping managers, business owners, and directors maximise themselves and their businesses.
