Top FMCG Brands trick us into believing that their products are "healthy", "affordable" and "best in the market" through clever advertising by taking advantage of are unawareness and the loopholes in the industry.
Actionable step- Pick up any FMCG product in your house (shampoo, soap, oil, snacks, etc), look at the ingredient list, are you aware of the source of all the raw materials used to make the product? If not, there's a high chance you are unaware about the harmful effects these products can have on you in the long run.
