Caileen Seguin is originally from Chicago, IL. She attended Loras College where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and interned in the Strength & Conditioning program. 🏋🏼♀️
Caileen started personal training in 2013 and coaching CrossFit in 2015. She works with a wide range of people from athletes to middle aged clients looking to live a healthier lifestyle. 💛
After making her way to Des Moines, IA a little over 4 years ago, Caileen now co-owns CrossFit Merle Hay, CrossFit Valley Junction, Black Collar CrossFit, and FiZiks. 🥊🏋🏽🏃🏼♂️
She is learning a lot about the business side of the fitness industry and is excited to see what the future brings for each of the gyms! 💪🏼
