Michael and Lauren Caleb are owners of Perspire Sauna Studio in West Des Moines, the first full-spectrum infrared sauna studio in the state. The Iowa natives are passionate about health and wellness in all areas of their lives and are grateful to be able to bring infrared sauna access to the community.
ABOUT LAUREN CALEB
Truly a ‘jack of all trades’ when it comes to harmonizing the industry of beauty and wellness with strategic marketing and operations. Lauren’s diverse experience includes consulting and working for beauty groups in the areas of marketing, brand development, packaging, web design and social media. Lauren is a licensed cosmetologist, a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Iowa, and received her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University.

Michael is co-owner of Perspire Sauna Studio West Des Moines and overseas all operations and management. His strong passion for health, wellness and physical fitness is part of why regular infrared sauna therapy has become an essential part of his lifestyle.
He holds over ten years experience in hospitality management and received a bachelors of finance degree from the University of Iowa.
