"Stages"  of grief has always felt a misleading phrase to me, personally I think  it's a journey. I am beyond grateful to you all for coming on this  journey with me

I close out this series with the final 3 stages

Guilt, pain and acceptance.



We are all valid for what we feel.

We need to allow ourselves to feel.

And finally, always remember

The moment you give yourself permission to feel other emotions, experience other emotions

It doesn't undermine what happened
