The Four Pillars: Prayer, Word/Spirt, Community and Missions are all build on the Foundation who is Jesus. In this teaching we look at prayer as the first pillar. Prayer is one of the four fundamental pillars under girding the life of the church. Prayer is real conversations with God. The ACTS prayer model is a simple guide for the prayer life of Christians.
A - Adoration: a deep love, respect, worship and veneration. Matthew 6:9
C- Confession: acknowledging and saying what God says about our sins to God, and then celebrating the forgiveness we have received. Matthew 6:12
T - Thanksgiving: the expression of gratitude, especially to God. Matthew 6:13
S - Supplication: to plead or ask for something humbly. Matthew 6:11
