Today’s Novice Indie Author Hangout Guest resides in Westchester County, NY where she is a New York State Licensed Psychologist and Certified LifeCoach. She is also a diplomate in School Neuropsychology and a Heart Math Practitioner in which she utilizes tools to assist clients with self-regulation and healing of chronic pain.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, she is most proud of her investment in her personal and spiritual development during which she discovered an opportunity to become more curious than complacent with the management of her chronic pain.
After receiving the diagnosis of cervical stenosis, she feels that meditation was the key to transforming her life. In here debut release, Surrendering to Rainbows: The Art and Science of Quieting the Noise of Chronic Pain, she discusses her personal journey with pain and the power of surrendering to possibility, embracing the unknown in times of uncertainty and becoming aware that there is a science to healing.
