How many times has it been that you wanted to do something but an inner voice, almost like an internal critic, stopped you from doing so by raising self-criticism and negativity within you? How many times has your own mind not let you achieve your fullest potential, because it created self-doubts within you? Or how many times has it been that someone told you, that you couldn't achieve something, and almost instantly your subconscious believed it? A lot of times right! Later on, these very self-doubts resurface in the form of Negative Self Talks which are really harmful to us in leading a peaceful life where we reach our fullest potential. In this episode of Mindfulness with Swaytanshu we will talk about Negative Self-Talk and how to get rid of it by just changing the way we script our internal dialogue.
