I go an a rambling spiral of my last two weeks, how my Love Expansion Exercise came about, how unconditionally loving our mother Gaia can heal your body and dissolve negativity as a by-product for humanity at large, it does not excuse others behavior it allows you to reach them passively, it stops you from giving them your power by the energy you lose. Neutralize your oppressors and triggers by radical forgiveness or at least indifference to them.
