When Scripture references harvest, it normally is speaking to two things: Salvation & Judgement
We find in Revelation 14 where the wheat is separated from the chaff and the chaff is burned in a great fire and the wheat is gathered and used for its purpose.
Traditionally, the harvest of wheat can be understood as God judging the earth; who goes to heaven and who goes to hell.
The wheat represents someone's life & soul.
