PROFILE: Dick Lam is the Founder of Job Search & Professional Skills Academy - which focuses on helping people get the Job they want and developing their career. He is also a speaking and presentation coach and over the years has done around 300 seminars and workshops on Career, Speaking, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills.
He has also had a career in the Corporate Sector including Consulting in over a dozen industries in things like Mergers and Acquisitions, Establishing new Manufacturing Plants overseas, Corporate Incentive Planning with a Geek Trait in Financial Modelling. He has worked with CEOs, CFOs and across all areas of the business in most of those industries from companies with 300,000 employees to 10.
Co-Authoring the No. 1 Best Selling book “Think Big” with Richard Branson, Brian Tracy and Les Brown amongst other, he is also the founder of various Speaking, Job Search, Professional Skills and Entrepreneurship groups with over 5000 members. Recently he has also started his own YouTube channel covering “Career, Job Search and Professional Development” with interviews of various Recruiters and Professionals.
