Description

There is a more substantial identity that goes far deeper than simply the personality we have or the place we’re from.

Whatever the colour of our passports, if we’re a Christian, then our nationality doesn’t define us. Jesus does.

Philippians 3 puts it like this: 17 Brothers and sisters, join in following my example, and observe those who walk according to the pattern you have in us. 18 For many walk, of whom I often told you, and now tell you even as I weep, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ, 19 whose end is destruction, whose god is their appetite, and whose glory is in their shame, who have their minds on earthly things. 20 But our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for a Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ; 21 who will transform the body of our lowly condition into conformity with His glorious body, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.

“But, our citizenship is in Heaven.” When we are born again, that defines us now and should transform our lives. Listen to today's message and hear the benefits to becoming a citizen of heaven.
