Last night's Cabinet announcement will dominate the news this week and everyone is waiting to see how the markets react this morning. I want to discuss it from a slightly different angle and talk about the process of making and implementing policy that the new Cabinet faces. I am worried that the ideological differences between the ANC and DA will mean that we will have to think all over again about WHAT to do, rather than HOW to do it.
