ATTRACTING DIVINE HELP

Philippians 3:1-3 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the mutilation! For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,
There is mutilation, dogs, and evil workers but we can never understand them by our wisdom except the Holy Spirit helps us.
Flesh profits nothing, our confidence must be in Jesus who lives inside us as the Holy Spirit (Jesus unlimited).
Philippians 3:4-8 (NLT) though I could have confidence in my own effort if anyone could. Indeed, if others have reason for confidence in their own efforts, I have even more!...
The Lord has blessed us with the natural advantages (confidence in the flesh) but they can't be compared with the infinite value found in knowing Christ Jesus.
That is the mindset we must have any time we want to attract the help of the Holy Spirit and see the intervention of heaven in our lives (Judges 7:3).
Philippians 3:9 (NLT) and become one with him. I no longer count on my own righteousness through obeying the law; rather, I become righteous through faith in Christ. For God's way of making us right with himself depends on faith.
You will hardly see the help of God if other voices are competing with the voice of God. Paul had to let down his natural advantages for him to tap into the help of God.
God is jealous. He will never intervene as long as you still have plan B but He will rather wait until your confidence has been reduced to nothing and you start looking at Him alone (Psalms 121:1-2).
It is not mere speaking, but It must be the condition of your heart whereby you are sensitive to the person of the Holy Spirit not only in times of crisis but daily whether in bad or good times.
2Corinthians 3:5 Yet we don’t see ourselves as capable enough to do anything in our own strength, for our true competence flows from God’s empowering presence. He alone makes us adequate ministers who are focused on an entirely new covenant. Our ministry is not based on the letter of the law but through the power of the Spirit. The letter of the law kills, but the Spirit pours out life.
The Holy Spirit was sent to help you in your business, career, etc. Therefore your ordinary life demands His help more than your special events.
Natural advantage (human strength) is not bad but there is a day when it will not meet your needs. What will you do?
Tap into the dimension of God's empowering presence (the Holy Spirit) and do that business, profession, etc like a man/woman of the new covenant. That's where your confidence should be.
1 Corinthians 3:1-3 Dear brothers and sisters, when I was with you I couldn't talk to you as I would to spiritual people. I had to talk as though you belonged to this world or as though you were infants in the Christian life.
You can be born again and yet not spiritual.
What makes you spiritual is when the Holy Spirit dominates your mind through the word of God.
However sinful nature has corrupted our minds that we no longer hear the voice of God making us live carnally as the people of the world yet there must be a difference between a born-again and a non-born-again.
