DEEPER DIMENSIONS IN GOD

John 7:37..., Jesus stood and cried out, saying"If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.
It is not just a speech but a heart's cry, an invitation to those who are thirsty. You can take your fellowship with God to a level it has never been before but the determinant of how far you wanna go with Him is not God but you.
If you are to go far in your fellowship with Him, you need to walk in obedience to His instructions that come to you through the Holy Spirit. You cannot walk with God if you are not willing to walk in obedience (Amos 3:3).
John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments.
Jesus attaches our love to obedience. A life of obedience is proof of our love, just like trust is the proof of our dependence on God.
Exodus 33:10 All the people saw the pillar of cloud standing [at] the tabernacle door, and all the people rose and worshiped, each man [in] his tent door.
This is still the experience of the majority of us. We have established a place of convenience/comfort/familiarity where we worship God, and we are not willing to step out of what we know to new experiences with Him just like the Israelites.
There is a price to pay for every level of deeper fellowship with the Father that you wanna get into and every depth of fellowship brings into your life a new level of authority which means dominion/relevance/impactful/more useful to the heart of the master.
It is not enough to be available, you must be usable and you must walk in obedience to be uusedwhich is the key to deepening your fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
Apostle Paul had such great encounters and experiences with God but always yearned for more (Philippians 3:13).
Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
How much of what God can do in your life is dependent on how much of Him you permit to work on the inside of you. It is you who determines how much God can do in and through you not by what you say but by the degree of preparation within your heart.
Whatever manifestation you see around you is a reflection of the degree to which you have permitted God to work on the inside of you.
Ezekiel 47:3-5..., he measured one thousand cubits, ; the water [came up to my] ankles. Again he measured one thousand ; the water [came up to my] knees. Again he measured one thousand ; the water [came up to my] waist. Again he measured one thousand, [and it was] a river that I could not cross; for the water was too deep, water in which one must swim, a river that could not be crossed...
The first experience that Ezekiel went through was an ankle-deep experience, then knee-deep and the angel kept leading him until he got to a place where he could no longer walk but float and swim.
When Ezekiel returned to the bank of the river, the angel showed him that it was his desire, thirst, hunger, passion, etc that was gonna lead him through the different encounters with the Holy Spirit.
The world we are living in demands us to have deeper encounters with God than ever before so that we may have what to offer to them.
Ankle-deep experience will solve problems at ankle-deep and so does knee-deep. Each level determines your relevance and how much of a blessing you can be to the people God has sent you to.
Psalms 78:40-41 How often they provoked Him in the wilderness, [And] grieved Him in the desert! Yes, again and again they tempted God And limited the Holy One of Israel.
What God did in the wilderness as you read the scriptures is what He could do through the window of limitation. That means God could have done much more in the lives of the entire nation if they had not put a limitation.
How do you limit Him?
God can not perform beyond the level or the degree of the fellowship you have with Him because He is not the one who determines the depth but you.
