FOCUSING ON THE VOICE OF GOD

The devil is the master of disguise. You need to be aware of his tricks and schemes so that you do not fall prey to his games and lose your position in the Spirit. Never allow him to dictate your life.
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God,...
You must always stay sensitive to the Spirit of God not to what the enemy is doing. Three quarters if not more than It of the believers, are more conscious of the activities of the enemy than the activities of the Holy Spirit.
This is where many of us lose it and become vulnerable to the enemy's trickery and schemes.
In whatever we do, we are more of a reaction force than a proactive people because we are always reacting to what the enemy is doing. This is not the way a believer should live.
The enemy will always cause rumors to come around and distract you until you lose focus but do not pay attention to these activities of the enemy just like Jesus did (John 5:19).
Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of [our] faith,...
Your focus as a businessman, husband, wife, pastor, bishop, etc, be kept on Jesus and refuse to be distracted by the enemy's activity.
Pay attention to the Holy Spirit because you win the enemy by paying attention to the voice and activity of the Holy Spirit, not to the activity of the enemy.
Many have lost direction, fallen prey to the enemy's trickery, and have been diverted from the course that God called them to walk because they became more conscious of the activities of the enemy and lost the voice of God (John 10:10).
Psalms 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You [are] with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
In that valley, David did not look at the darkness around but always tried to locate the presence(voice) of God.
You only win by the presence of God and paying attention to the activity of the Holy Spirit. If you get a revelation of this in your spirit, it will change your operation in life and the way you react to the environment.
When David and his men came to Ziklag and found that they had lost everything, they wept like human beings until David came to his senses and said; "this is a reaction, and told the priest to bring the ephod and began to call on God" (1 Samuel 30:1-10). We only win by hearing what God says not the enemy.
Proverbs 16:1(MSG) Mortals make elaborate plans, but GOD has the last word.
God has the last word and the final say over every situation (circumstance), If you lose the voice and direction of God, you will lose your victory and success.
Tonight I speak to you prophetically, many of you have fallen prey to the tricks and schemes of the enemy and as a result, your life is in confusion. You need to shake yourself off and still your soul, body, and mind (Psalms 46:10).
During every confusion around your family, home, business, career, etc, God is doing something and the question is what are you seeing? May God open your eyes such that you may be able to see His activities even when the enemy is trying to make noise.
Job 14:14 If a man dies, shall he live [again?] All the days of my hard service I will wait, Till my change comes.
Satan can never win in any man's life who understands divine activity. I have seen the devil make noise and within that noise, I locate the voice of God and that becomes the stillness of my soul.
In this kingdom, the voice of God is what makes us stand still and turns us to be invisible men and women because we have no strength on our own. The greatest asset in a believer's life is the voice of God, if you can hear Him, your case is settled in heaven.
