THE HELP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Wednesday 6th July 2022

Zechariah 4:6 So he answered and said to me:  " This [is] the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ' Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the LORD of hosts.

For the temple project to be completed, Zerubbabel needed to understand that it needed more than a good education, network, or personal determination but the leaning on the arm of the Holy Spirit.

God in His goodness, grace, and mercy never intended us to live outside His life; living by our efforts because human effort accomplishes nothing.

Psalms 39:5 (KJV)... verily every man at his best state [is] altogether vanity.

The things of God demand the help of God through the Word and empowerment of His Spirit.

Acts 1:4 And being assembled together with [them,] He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, "which," [He said,] "you have heard from Me;

We need to wait to be carried by the wind of the Holy Spirit if we are to manifest that spoken vision, dream or prophesy.

While in waiting, draw near unto God through the help of the Holy Spirit as He prepares us for the full manifestation of what the Master has spoken unto us. Otherwise, we will run into hardship that causes unbelief and doubt.

1 Corinthians 2:1-4 And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God... And my speech and my preaching [were] not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of powerful,

Apostle Paul leaned on the person of the Holy Spirit and was able to contact all the virtues that flows out of Him so that he could fulfill the assignment upon his life.

Had he trusted his strength, he could have fallen miserably.

Often men are frustrated or disappointed because either they run ahead of God, behind God, or are trying to use their limited power.

Numbers 23:19 "God [is] not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

When we equip our hearts and minds with this mentality that "I need the help of God", the more we shall be able to attract and draw the help of God into our lives.

You will often manifest whatever you are most conscious of.

Psalms 121:1-2 I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help [comes] from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.

Never limit the Holy Spirit, He wants to be engaged in everything we do because it's His help that cures us of frustration and pride of thinking we can, once we realize that it's all about Him  ( Judges 14:6 ).

The power that enables you to fulfill ordination and manifest your purpose is the Holy Spirit ( Job 32:8 ).

Tonight let's upgrade and tap into the help of the Holy Spirit and every aspect of our lives will not remain the same.
