THE HOLY SPIRIT UPON A BELIEVER.

There is very little we can do with relevance beyond this earth unless we actively involve the person of the Holy Spirit and His ministry.
Genesis 1:2 (AMPC) The earth was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters.
The Spirit was brooding over creation and whatever was about to come forth is what the Spirit of God was sitting over.
So it is the Spirit of God that sits over the prophecies and promises of God which Jesus accomplished at cavalry from the spiritual realm and brings them into the material world.
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly [places] in Christ,
Every son of God (believer) received spiritual blessings when Jesus said it is finished at the cross (John 19:30).
Your role is to translate these spiritual blessings into the material world which is only by the help of the person of the Holy Spirit and His ministry.
These spiritual blessings go beyond the blessings that are birthed out of your IQ, natural intelligence, talent, capabilities, gifts, etc.
It only takes the Holy Spirit to tap into them John 5:30.
John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing...
Anything birthed from the carnal mind produces very little or no impact.
So our dependency and leaning on the Holy Spirit (life-giver ) and His ministry ceases to be optional but a must if we are to bear eternal value on peoples' lives.
Acts 1:4 And being assembled together with [them,] He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, "which," [He said,] "you have heard from Me;
The disciples walked with Jesus for three and a half years but still, they needed the Holy Spirit upon them to do the works of God (John 20:22).
This means, the Holy Spirit you received when you became born again is responsible for regeneration but when it comes to manifesting God, you need the Holy Spirit upon your life.
It is until He came upon Jesus that He started doing what no man had ever done before Luke 4:18.
