What are the most common things people regret at the end of their lives? Is it spending more time with a loved one? Wishing you were a better friend to someone? Wising they had lived out their dream? All these questions are things that people think about when they near the end of their lives but why? Is it not important to keep these questions in mind all throughout life and not only when we near our death? As young adults we also have regrets but most of those times, those regrets are more short and not long-term (i.e. I regret not going to this party or buying this stock). In this episode we will talk about the importance of living by the mantra "Carpe Diem" or "Seize the Day" and the importance of living each day like it were your last and setting up the foundation of a life with no regrets.
🎙️What is the Do Something Podcast?
The Do Something Podcast was created by Alejandro Paredes and Camden McFarland in order to challenge ourselves and our community to take actions towards the goals we set for ourselves. We believe that by building a community of like-minded individuals we are able to keep each other accountable to reach the goals we've set and be one step closer to living a productive and satisfying lifestyle. We will embark on a self improvement journey called the 1% challenge which is all about taking control of our own lives by perusing our goals.
