Friends , we are in time & season that requires us to extent extreme care to our personal hygiene and wellness. Today I will request that we intentionally burn 500kcal per day to lose 1 pound in a week . We need to balance the energy we put into our body with the energy we use . We can only burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound . When we eat and drink more calories than we use up our body store the excess as body fat . Men need 2,500kcal(10,500kj) a day to maintain a healthy body . Women need 2,000kcal ( 8,400kg) a day to maintain a healthy body . We are necessarily allowed to use the word Love if we ordinarily show love and care to our health & well being .
