Karin is a leader in growth-company strategy and venture capital/private equity investing. She has been a CFA charter holder since 2007, and her expertise in investment encompasses all levels of the capital structure in companies ranging from early-stage to mature. Currently, Karin is an active investor in early-stage and growth-stage companies through Serra Ventures, and serves as President at Perimeter Advisors, empowering mid-sized companies through strategic advice. Most notably, Karin gives her time back to the next generation by serving as a clinical assistant professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she teaches innovation and entrepreneurship.
