Rachel is the Senior Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Operations at Oakland Promise, a nonprofit that aims to increase the number of college graduates from the city of Oakland. Prior to devoting her professional life to this noble cause, Rachel was the Accounting and Finance Lead at FMP Consulting LLC and the Director of Westfall Financial Management Group. Through these two prior roles, she gained extensive technical experience in financial consulting, auditing, budgeting analysis, and bookkeeping. Last but not least, Rachel is a college graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she rigorously studied accounting.
