Welcome back to another F4F episode, and our first episode from Team Asia! This week, our guest speaker is Sachin Maheshwari.
Sachin has joined our podcast to discuss his experience as an angel investor and an entrepreneur in India. He graduated from IIT Kanpur with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering and completed his MBA from The Wharton School in 2006, with majors in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Before attending Wharton for his master's degree, Sachin primarily worked as a project manager in start-ups and since then has gone on to work as a Senior Associate at Opus Capital and as the Managing Director at Zephyr Peacock India. In these roles, his responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating early to growth-stage investments as well as mid-market investments. He specializes in investments in the US and Indian markets, having worked in both nations. Currently, Sachin is the Co-Founder and CEO of EzCred, a consumer lending platform that seeks to match those that require a loan, to lenders that best fit their needs.
