Sim and Megha offer us a fresh perspective about what it's like to break into the finance industry right out of college. Sim majored in economics and East Asian studies at Dartmouth College, while Megha majored in quantitative economics and double-minored in finance and religion at Tufts University. Both women have had a variety of internship experiences, ranging from investment banking to sales and trading. Currently, both Sim and Megha work as investment analysts in a rotational program at a large asset management company.
