My guest today is Sheetal Sheth, a renowned actor, producer and author. Sheetal graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She has had an extensive career in TV and film, with credits including The World Unseen, I Can't Think Straight, Grin, Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World, NCIS: LA, ABCD, Family Guy, and Life of Pi.
She has been nominated for and won many awards at film festivals including Cinevue, Toronto International, Slamdance, Gran Canaria, Festival del Mar, and the SAFTAs.
She has been a model and rep for CHI, Reebok, and Maxim, and has appeared on the cover of magazines like Anokhi, Audrey, Woman International, and Seema.
Sheetal has had op-eds published on CNN, The Daily Beast, and Thrive Global. She is also the author of two children’s books, Always Anjali and Bravo Anjali.!
Sheetal supports marginalized communities through workshops, panels, serving on AmeriCorps, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, Women's Voices Now, Equality Now, and The Representation Project.
