Why do you want to put yourself first?

Why do you feel the need to put boundaries up to begin with? Is it because yu feel depleted, you feel like you lost yourself in other people. Do you feel you are everything to everyone else you are nothing to yourself? 

What will setting these boundaries do for you? 

Will it give you time to work on a dream passion of yours? Give you time to feel into your creativity again and just paint for fun? Will it give you some alone time with yourself so you can figure out who you are and why you are operating in auto pilot to begin with?

Visualize yourself keeping them you standing firm on yourself. What is your why for putting yourself first?
