George Wilson is a London based painter and curator who is currently studying at the Royal College of Art. George creates paintings that enter into the magical world the Goblins, with the landscape and environment inspired by the English countryside. George started this series of work a year ago while in Lockdown in Cornwall, where she has spent a large proportion of her life. George finds the colours and drama of the landscape often comes into her work. George is currently exhibited in Bowes-Paris Gallery’s latest exhibition Back to Back with Daisy Dodd-Noble. The exhibition series brings together artists who’s work sits between reality and fantasy. George is also the co founder of All-Mouth, a gallery that supports contemporary artists and has an ethos of slow looking.
