She is a Certified Life Coach who specializes in assisting women to recover from poor self-image after experiencing unhealthy relationships or divorce. She believes that the most critical relationship in your life is with God and yourself. Once this relationship is in alignment, you will be more equipped to be proactive in being more selective and intentional in your relational decisions.
Her notable contributions include being a featured co-host on the Arise & Shine: Stories of Triumph Show and the Hidden Treasure weekly podcast. She is also a contributing author to the Arise & Shine Anthology. Baneshia resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her two beautiful children.
