Rae Muhammad was born and raised in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She went to Auburn University and earned her bachelor's in Pre-Veterinary Sciences, and continued on through Veterinary Medicine. After a fulfilling career working with animals, she decided it was time to give love to her other passion, the arts. She spent a year apprenticing at Boston Tattoo Company, and went on to take a break a focus on family. In 2020 as the pandemic began, she began tattooing professionally in Florida, and has worked to focus on giving her community vibrant beautiful pieces to cherish forever ever since.
