After working exclusively for one insurance company as a captive agent, he realized that he could better serve his client base by becoming an independent agent, representing multiple insurance companies and offering his potential clients more options and benefit choices. He has worked in various insurance capacities including: Underwriting, Eligibility Determination, Risk Management, Contract Management and Medicare Sales/Marketing that enable him to have a well-rounded view of the insurance enrollment process. He received his earlier education in the school system in Quincy, Florida and is a graduate of FAMU (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
