My good friend Kermit stopped by. It took a few attempts but we got it on wax. We talk running, discipline, marriage, music and other things. He's a guy who've I've had the privilege of learning from directly and indirectly and I'm grateful for his friendship. There's a little bit of everything here so I know it can be of value.
