In this week's episode, I talk about rewarding ourselves for completing tasks. Rules/advice: 1) don't make food your reward as much as possible (food is for eating not for rewarding!) or exercise either, since we should/need to be doing those things anyway (eating/exercising), 2) try to come up with 3 things you need to complete each day and then reward yourself (even if it's just a walk around the block). 3) Be sure your reward is equal to what you've done (if you turned in a whole paper maybe you get a big reward, if you just finished your math homework that took 20 minutes, maybe a bonus coffee is a good reward).
