In this week's episode, I talk about what a "touch tree" is, a concept that I learned from the author Glennon Doyle, and I give some examples of touch trees for me in my life. Action item: find something that is a touch tree for you and find a way to remind yourself to go back to this thing each day or as often as you need (post-it note on your laptop that says "Breathe" maybe?).
