The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 2.1% and was up over 700 points, The S&P 500 added 2% while the Russell 2000 small-cap index is also higher by 2%, Nasdaq 100-tracking Invesco QQQ Trust ETF (QQQ) gained 1.9%.
