How are we feeling about the new transition we had to adjust to. As we discussed transitional seasons and moments we have; now that we are over the transition what's happening? I will share some tips and advice with you about keeping track of your new normal. What are some new things you have had to endure? Is it good, are you better, or not? It is important to keep a log of how you were feeling before the transition, during the transition, and your new space. We want to be able to differentiate and solve any problems in your new life whether that be new job, new boss, new home, new marriage, new child, or new business.
