Description

Amanda Wienckowski died at the hands of a man who only cared about the things he wanted- tonight we are going to take a listen as I dig into the discrepancies of the Medical Examiner's reports. That of Dr. Dianne Vertes is short and never really showing conclusively that the manner of death was nothing more than a drug overdose. Dr Sylvia Comparini's report is thorough that you read and imagine the marks, bruises, cuts, and injuries without referring to any photographs or exhibits. These vast differences in these two reports should have brought more from Dr. Vertes and her staff instead she went into the defensive and even went as far as to say there was not referral to photographs when there were over 80 images and 12 exhibits referred to in the report. Can proving homicide really be this hard?

You can join Amanda's army by heading over to www.treatedliketrash.com, while there you can purchase merchandise or make a donation to Amanda's case. The monies raised are being used to exhume Amanda for a second time hopefully providing Erie County exactly what they need to change the manner of death in Amanda Wienckowski's case and bring it to the forefront of the District Attorney's office leading to justice for Amanda.
