In this episode, we interview Coach Sean Doherty, Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Villanova University.
Post-Covid Quarantine has presented a challenge for coaches around the nation. Sean dives into how he and his staff got some pretty influential data regarding sprint times that will have a big effect on future programming. We also go into topics such as microdosing speed as opposed to resistance training, how currently a periodization model for training doesn't exist due to an unknown start of play for some of his sports, and different KPI tests with different sports.
