Just in time for the gift giving season, author Patricia Punch Barrett is in the Mayor's Office to discuss her Young Adult Sci-Fi series, "The Panterra Chronicles." The series tackles such issues as protecting the environment, self-identity, and animal cruelty among others. Barrett shares her experiences in how traveling abroad inspired her to write "The Panterra Chronicles."
