"I AM SPIRIT" is the shortest lesson in ACIM. (Lesson #97) It is only 3 words. It is a pure statement of SELF-IDENTITY. We can rise to embrace this reality even while here in this physical body and dimension. Can we use this Lesson to connect with the truth of our SPIRIT? We have to make this direct contact with who we are as God created us. The knowledge of being Spirit is to bring us above the "problems of the world" into the realm of perfect PEACE and JOY.
Spirit am I, a Holy Son of God, free of all limits,
