Time and Eternity are functions of the Ego or the Holy Spirit respectively. The ego uses time against us, and plans for our own demise through "death." The Holy Spirit uses Eternity to assure us that there is no death, and our Reality is unassailable by the chops and changes of time. The decisions of the ego are always motivated by fear, guilt or anger. The one Decision of the Holy Spirit puts us in the fields of Peace and Joy. The Truth of peace and Joy will undo all errors of the ego in our mind. Eternity comes to our rescue. We are saved and always in the loving Hands of God in Eternity.
