We have free will to cause ourselves to suffer. We have free will to deny the Will of our Father. We have free will to deny the Christ in us. We have free will no matter what—even if it is a form of "unwillingness" to accept our Divine Will. Our true Self is only in a state of Peace and Joy. The alternative "will" of the ego has rejected Peace and Joy. Then we vacillate and make up some kind of false happiness that does not last, and can turn too easily into its "opposite,” sorrow. Is this the instability we want? How can we be lonely if God is always with us? How dare we we say we have "problems" when the Holy Spirit and the Christ can solve all of our problems for us? Can we LET GO of our “solutions?" In this letting go is our Freedom.
