This Section 3. is the recognition that GOD arranges all meetings. Where two or more are gathered in His Name, His Presence must be there to affect the relationship. This is what is actually happening between the "Therapist" and the "Patient." Even what is communicated is not up to the Therapist to decide. An open minded "therapist" meets the "patient" without an agenda. What is needed will be revealed in the exchange, and bot will be freed of all guilt, in the mutual acceptance of the Atonement.
