Sondra and Markus delve into Chapter 15 in the Text, THE HOLY INSTANT, starting with Section I. "The Two Uses of Time." We have two ways to use time. The ego's way and the Holy Spirit's way. One leads to pain and suffering and hell and death. The other leads to healing, forgiveness, Heaven and eternal life. It seems in the Holy Instant is the only real use of time. Its function is to awaken our Self to the Peace within, and the Creative Life Force that keeps everything in our world working perfectly. The past and the future do not exist. So to be in the present is the only real use of time that has any meaning. And that present is the basis for Pure Joy.
