Paul and Glenn are back for another fun, entertaining and educational episode. This week we are joined by special guest Catherine Williams. October 3 each year is Germany Unity Day which is the German national day that commemorates the German reunification in 1990 when the former German Democratic Republic officially joined the Federal Republic of Germany. We will discuss some well-known German sporting stars from the past and today and Catherine will talk about what life was like for her growing up in Germany and will talk about the structure of German sport and German culture. Paul will also talk about his time in Germany in 1994. Some of the sporting stars that we will discuss in this episode include:
