In this episode Paul will discuss some well-known performance slumps in sport from over the years and great falls from grace. Paul will discuss some of the following
- what defines a performance slump in an individual athlete or a sporting team and some reasons for performance slumps such as physical, psychological, behavioral problems, environmental influences, techn8ical difficulties, problems with coach/athlete.
- tips on how to get out of a performance slum e.g., gain awareness, self-trust.

- an American golfer who once challenged the great Tiger Woods and reached number one in the world only to then be plagued by injury and illness resulting in a big drop in his world ranking.
