CrPC 156 (3) is a unique section very any person can directly complain to the local magistrate and if the magistrate thinks that the concern complaint is valid he can give an order to the concern police station to take the complaint and inquire accordingly. This is another way to lodge a complaint when one does not believe in the local police system
