Sonless D. Martin Jr. is the co-founder and Development Manager of Collaborative Consulting Group with over ten years of experience. He has broad knowledge in all phases of Government, campaigns, and policies. He prides himself on the day-to-day management of the business affairs of the firm, identifying the firm’s short-term strategies for realizing the long-term goals established by the advisory members, and communicating both internally, and externally the firms’ determination to maintain the highest possible professional standards in performing consulting work. Sonless formal education an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Sonless was the recipient of the Jacki-Tucksfield Graduate Business Scholarship from the Miami Foundation. In addition, he starred in two global commercial advertisements for Nova’s MBA program. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Memorial University. Where one of his greatest undergraduate achievements was participating in the study abroad program in Paris, France. While attending Florida Memorial University, Sonless also participated in the Black Executive Exchange Program (BEEP). He is fluent in Creole. Sonless is the former President of the Haitian American Surrogates (HAS). HAS coordinates advocacy initiatives on the national, state, and local levels; interacts with various from the county, municipal, and school board governing bodies as well as community- based organizations. This coalition is the culmination of various leadership development pipelines that have been established over the past 2 years. The coalition includes Sant La Fellows, Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida Young Professionals (YOPROS) as well as other emerging Haitian-American leaders. Sonless enjoys traveling, playing basketball, golf, and making a huge difference in the life of others. He serves as a board member for BAC Funding, former board member of Black Professionals Network, the former Co-Chair of the Haiti Ministry, Founder of BBL Gabo, and Lila Book Scholarship. Sonless is a recipient of the 2018 Difference Maker Award from the Greater Miami Chambers of Commerce, 2018 Sapoznik Insurance Public School Alumni Achievement Award, 2019 Black Men in Excellence Award. Sonless is also an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity Incorporated.
